Potato chips may be a great snack for humans, but they really are not meant for cats. With a high sodium content, high saturated fat content, too many dangerous flavorings, and a potential choking hazard to top it off, this is one treat that most cats should give a miss.

Chips are terrible for cats, even if they like them, don't let them have any. Cats can't really digest carbs, and potatoes are mostly carbs, and then there is the added vegetable oil and salt, and the cat has no use for those either. Cats are obligate carnivores and should not eat anything that is not from an animal.
