Can French Bulldogs eat apricots? Frenchies can eat apricots but I don't recommend it. The seeds can be dangerous as they can be toxic to dogs. Feed apricots with caution, as the seeds could also become trapped in your dog's bowel, creating a blockage which can (in worst cases) be fatal.
