Can I mix dog food with homemade food?

If you are feeding a large percentage of homemade food, then it's OK to add some carbs, such as pasta, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, etc., but animal products should always make up at least half what you add. Most dogs do fine with fresh foods, whether raw or cooked, but a few may have problems.

If your homemade food is complete and balanced as the kibble there should not be a problem. Nutrition is a very involved science. Each Kibble is complete in it's nutritional components. However, the diet won't be balanced if the dog does not eat the proper amount.
