Your e-ID username and password are required to access your SIUE email account. In order to obtain the e-ID user name, you will need your student identification number included in your admit letter (the 9-digit number beginning with 800). Follow the steps below to activate your E-ID: Go to siue.edu/eid.

If you DO NOT know your password or secret phrase: Call the ITS Help Desk (618-650-5500). We will ask you for your University ID# (800xxxx) and a time that you can be reached at the phone number the university has on file.
