If you attend SIUE: Students who live on campus can get a library card by showing a photo ID. We will verify your residency against the SIUE housing roster. If you live off campus see the guidelines above for those who live within and outside of the city limits.
How do I get a new SIUE Cougar Card?
Manage Your Card Photo identification (e.g. drivers license or other government-issued photo ID) must be presented at the ID counter in the Student Services Center, Rendleman Hall, Room 1309 before your Cougar Card can be replaced. There is a $15 fee for replacement of a lost card.
Where do I get my cougar card at SIUE?
The SIUE Cougar Card Your card is issued at the Service Center in Rendleman Hall, Room 1309. Although entrusted to you while you are enrolled at or employed by Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, the Cougar Card remains the property of the University. Service Center hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30pm.

Students with a cumulative 2.6 high school GPA (4.0 scale); cumulative 2.0 high school GPA (4.0 scale) and 990 SAT ERW + M or 19 ACT; or rank in the top 10% of their high school graduating class will be automatically admitted to SIUE.
