Instructions Wash sweet potatoes and pat dry (don't peel them). Cut into slices approx. 1/8th to 1/4 of an inch thick. Arrange on dehydrator trays. Dehydrate at between 120F and 130F for 8 to 12 hours (time needed depends on how thick your sweet potato slices are)
