How Long Can a Sick Dog Go Without Eating? (Cancer, Parvo, Etc.) It depends on a lot of things, but I recommend my clients not let their sick dogs go more than 24 hours without any kind of nourishment. What is this? The biggest concern is that many sick dogs who aren't eating are also not drinking well.
