Generally, Pregnant, Nursing Frenchies, or puppies may eat up to 3 times per day within 8 hours interval or so, but you should restrict your Healthy adult Frenchie's feeding to 2 times per day within 12 hours interval or so, or once a day if he has a likelihood of suffering obesity.


How much should a French bulldog eat a day?

A typical, healthy french bulldog should be fed about 25-30 calories worth of food per pound of body weight. So, a 16lb french bulldog who doesn't exercise a lot would receive 400-480 calories per day. A bigger, lazier french bulldog in the 28lbs range would get around 700-800 calories per day.
