【Expert answer】
Any Q

A raw food diet for dogs consists of uncooked meats, raw eggs, and whole or ground bones. But raw food could be contaminated and lead to bacterial infections that compromise your dog's —and your own—health. Why shouldnt dogs eat raw?

Raw meat is likely to contain harmful bacteria like Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli and more. Cooking meat to a safe temperature kills off those harmful bacteria. By feeding uncooked meat, there's a higher risk your dog will develop a foodborne illness or other type of bacterial infection.

Can I feed my dog raw food everyday?

If you are wondering how often you should feed your dog, we recommend 2-4 times per day for puppies and 1-2 times per day for adult dogs. Again, this will depend on if your dog has any specific requirements set out by your vet.
