Should you get 2 greyhounds?

【Expert answer】
Any Q

Do Greyhounds Do Better in Pairs? Many Greyhound owners agree that adopting a pair of Greyhounds is the best practice. This way, they aren't being exposed (and potentially aggressive) towards other breeds. Also, sibling pairs who have been raised together are a common occurrence in the Greyhound community.

Do greyhounds get along with other greyhounds?

Like all dogs, some greyhounds can happily co-exist with other animals, while others can never be trusted, whilst others will show behaviour in between. Some greyhounds will be quite predatory towards other animals. Dogs are carnivores, and their ancestors had to hunt, chase and kill other animals in order to survive.

Are two dogs easier than 1?

Each dog gets a chance to learn and adapt to his new home and bond with his owners without sibling competition. You'll find it easier to train one puppy at a time. Dogs are social and usually enjoy playing and being together, but what they want most of all is time with their people.

Are dogs happier in pairs?

If you have the time and money to invest in training a new dog, walking two dogs and helping your first dog adjust to the new arrival, both dogs will be much happier and better behaved. Your dog enjoys the company of other dogs.
