Do some Goldendoodles have straight hair?

Although breeders often prefer to produce curlier Goldendoodles, straight haired Goldendoodles can just as well happen. Of course, it all comes down to a dog's genetic makeup. Naturally, a Goldendoodle is more likely to have a straight coat if their lineage includes equal parts of the purebred parents.

What is F2 generation Goldendoodle?

When an (F1) Goldendoodle + (F1) Goldendoodle are bred you get an F2 Goldendoodle which simply means that two existing 50/50 hybrids were bred. When two F2 Goldendoodles are bred, you get an F3 Goldendoodle which simply means that the F3's parents and grandparents were both Goldendoodles.
