How do you know when your dog no longer has worms?

One sign that worms are leaving your dog's body are the presence of worms in her stool, as mentioned above. Some worms won't be seen as they dissolve inside of dogs, but others become paralyzed by the medication and may be passed out through stool or vomit.

How long until dog is worm free?

Puppies will typically poop worms for 2-3 days after they have been dewormed. However, you may still find some worms in your puppy's excrement up to a week after deworming. This is completely normal and should not alarm you.
