There are late fees if you register your dog after a certain time has elapsed since the dog's litter was registered: $4.99 for 6 months late, on-line only, and $35 and $65 for 12 and 24 months late, for both on-line and paper registration. Basic litter registration is $25 plus $2 per puppy.
