How long should I see worms after deworming?
Once you have dewormed your puppy, you'll probably want to know how long your dog will continue to poop worms. Puppies will typically poop worms for 2-3 days after they have been dewormed.

What if I see live worms after worming? After worming your pet, your dog may pass out dead worms and this is completely normal and nothing to worry about. Sometimes, they may show some slight movement, such as a flicking motion, but the worms will go on to die.
How can you tell if dewormer is working?
Some worms won't be seen as they dissolve inside of dogs, but others become paralyzed by the medication and may be passed out through stool or vomit. Additionally, an improvement in overall health and physical appearance can indicate that your dog's dewormer is working and that worms are leaving her body.
When you Deworm are the worms dead?
Once you deworm your puppy, you will see worms in their poop for about a week. If the infestation is extensive, it is not uncommon to see them up to two weeks later. If you see them for more than two weeks, you may need to do another round of deworming. The worms should be dead as they come out.
