Cross-Breeds The Saluki is used in few crossbreeds, although a Saluki–Greyhound hybrid is sometimes encountered, especially in the United States. They are also sometimes used to create Lurchers, but these are more commonly crosses of Greyhounds or Whippets with British working dogs, such as Collies or Terriers.
Are Salukis related to greyhounds?
Although the Saluki and the Greyhound are closely related, they have key differences that makes telling them apart easy!
Are Salukis aggressive?
One of the swiftest and most graceful of all breeds, the aristocratic Saluki is possessed of a quiet dignity and independence.
